Could do better.
The room was spacious.
The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable for me. I am used to the soft beds in other hotels like the Amari and Equatorial Hotel. Also, calling the Housekeeping from the room is a chore. No one from housekeeping would answer. I had to call the Operator and get them to dispatch housekeeping. Lastly, the car park is a disaster waiting to happen. The exit has a very sharp turn. It's only time before an accident occurs.

Housekeeping & reception didnt deliver the tea spoon, as promised. Request made twice, once before dinner, and once after dinner. Requested for a twin bed during booking, but was informed on site that the room type only has double bed.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Quiet area and nice swimming pool. Accessible to lots of shops and restaurants
